People love our name and ask how it came about.... The word "serendipity" means to find something great by accident. That is exactly how Serendipity Videography came about.... Jeff had been working in news for years and was at a crossroads with his career.... We had just had our first baby and the hours and unpredictable schedule of television news just wasn't working for us anymore. At the time my best friend was getting married and called Jeff up and said "I hate to do this to you because I want you to be a guest at my wedding but will you shoot our wedding film?". My eyes lit up because I had been telling Jeff that he should shoot weddings for years and this was our opportunity to test the waters. Anyway he shot her wedding and LOVED it. From that moment on we hit the ground running and haven't looked back since. We love weddings and everything they are about. Most of all after working in the news business for so many years and seeing the doom and gloom everyday in the world Jeff loves being a part of one of people's happiest day of their lives. Oh and the other reason for the name..... We love the movie Serendipity and we are huge John Cusack fans!
